More protein later? Fruits, vegetables. Those sort of things.

I think I had enough protein.

Sanada-san always keeps telling to eat more since I'm growing. I think if I do, my stomach would get sicker than it already was.

Well you should be eating more than just protein.

It's good yes, but there are other vitamins and food groups you need to get in there. But in general, no, you shouldn't eat until you feel like throwing up.
