where do they hang out?
Alphen lives at the inn, sharing a room with Law and Dohalim. When he's not there, he's doing whatever he can to help out. He sticks to the town a little more than Noel does, unless he's got people with him, but he's been exploring and getting to know the town and the surrounding areas, especially the arena area.

hobbies:
HIM LIKE TO FITE. He's also got a developing interest in armor, blacksmithing, and Aerith is trying to bully him into gardening too. He loves doing stuff with his hands, whether it's making things or helping others. And unfortunately he loves spicy food.

how's their day like?
He doesn't do a lot of cooking for strangers outside a food shortage situation, but he might be found doing something related to that -- finding ingredients, looking for new recipes, etc. He spends time training and sparring. Most of his odd jobs are more "fight things or move things" related. He's an easygoing guy, and that puts him in a lot of situations where he can be found chatting with people. Honestly, feel free to have run into him anywhere.
