There was an explosion in Ketsora and a war broke up between them and Rumpitur. Rumor has it, it was caused by one of us, and it's why we had a blackout, too. I have no doubt in my mind it was Ragna if he so casually caused the one at City Hall.

yes. so now can we do something about him before he kills us all? i get we just come back and all, but i don't want deal with another traumatic experience. and i certainly don't want my friends to go through it, either.
