Well, rest assured I understand you're far more than that. Remember that pressure you feel is something you've put on yourself, alright? You get to decide when to let up. It's alright to share your worries instead of always taking everyone else's morale as your responsibility.

I like to think I'm fairly honest with myself, but there are times I struggle to tell what's the truth and what's the denial I've convinced myself to be true.

So you do have troubles like that too! I mean, I guess I can be kinda like that too. Denying things and convincing myself that it's true. It's tricky sometimes, isn't it? When we trick ourselves.

It's... more difficult to navigate. If you've gone so far as to convince yourself of something... typically it's tied up in deeper issues that aren't so easy to address.
