[Ethlyn nods--she's found herself thinking very similar thoughts herself, over the month or so that she's lived here. She's the crown princess of a respected country, she had a fine education, she's traveled west and north and back south again... and it seems like it hardly prepared her at all for the wonders she would see once she left those places behind forever.]

I'm starting to feel like mine was, too. [Talking about it like this, but Ethlyn finds herself smiling.] Sometimes I can be discouraged by it, but it can be amazing too. It's nice to talk to someone else who doesn't look at everything around here and think of how much less it was than where they came from.
