All of her instincts are telling her if he's this hard to wake up he must be Vincent despite the fact that he very clearly is not. She's not sure how this makes sense. Maybe it doesn't.
Since nothing else is coming to her, she scoots a bit closer and grabs ones of his arms. Echo lifts it over her shoulder, and then starts attempting to hoist Yosuke up a bit more so she can at least drag him somewhere. She is pretty petite, though, and is struggling to keep him balanced enough to be off the ground in any degree. So he's probably hitting the ground a lot.
