Streets... in the trees. ( basically living like a very unfortunate zaunite back home when they had no place to go. it's a complete contrast from how she was living when he was ruling the city, and she would get anything she could ever ask for. it's reassuring to hear from her father's standards she had been doing the right thing...ish.
since she's been here, jinx often thought to herself "what would silco do?" or "what would he want for me to do?", "would he be proud of me?". and she spent countless nights in the pessiria forest in front of his homemade tombstone she craved herself talking to him, and asking for advice or guidance. )

( because nothing is going to tear her apart from protecting him (especially with no sevika around). and thank goodness while they're being careful with each step in front of the other, they seem to be approaching actual solid ground. the locals are in all smiles and laughter as they hurry off to the opposite direction of them, rearing to go to experience the festivities. some do look over at the two of them with concern looks, but jinx shoots an occasional "buzz off" or "mind your business" to keep them moving along. )

( because luckily the village has a couple of benches or vacant merchant booth stands for him to sit or lean on to catch his breath if needed. although on the brighter side of them moving slowly, it gives silco a little more of an insight of what aldrip has in store. )
