She was still settling in Aldrip, but the recent events that played out in the desert had been on her mind. While she would love to set up a wall of clues and thoughts like she had about Silco back home, she settled for a notebook to collect her notes.
But given the little information that was gathered, and the fact that none of the technology brought back was amounting to anything, she was getting a bit frustrated. She wanted answers, and she was Not a fan of being patient for them.
So here she is, on a walk through the woods with Vi trailing behind her, her rifle strapped to her back. What she really wants to do is shoot things to help her focus and clear her mind, but since she's limited on bullets without bartering with a smith to make more, she's restraining herself. No need for the gun today. She'll just soak in the sun, touch some grass, maybe smell some flowers--
Or that was her thought, until she heard noises. No, a voice. Footsteps too? She doesn't immediately reach for her gun, but she's definitely turning to look around, searching for the source. She knew they probably weren't the only crazy ones to take a walk in the forests, but new people had started popping up again, so maybe someone got lost?]
