A theory pops in his head, impulsive and maybe a little silly with his relatively new "insider knowledge" on how some things work in this world and others. He can't state it outright, not with the chance of him looking like a drunk lunatic in front of this perfectly normal girl, or when it's still just a bare bones idea...but he can cheesy about it, maybe. ]

I don't think so, but I'd heard plenty about it. Real spooky stuff that all just sort of...stopped one day? Not sure what doctors are saying anymore, the little I hear about it's drowned out by those conspiracy theory types saying it was just the shadow of something bigger.
