He laughs sheepishly, quickly tucking the parchment away. He can't deny that the thought still sometimes crosses his mind, but she doesn't need to know that his so-called 'crime' isn't as far off the mark as it sounds. William knows that to an average person he could seem quite monstrous indeed, but that simply means he needs to be far more mindful of others.

Perhaps this, too, is one of the many trials he has to overcome in order to fulfil his vow to Gracefeel.
