[She knows, Ochako knows why Izuku did it, why he felt he had to, and she understands. It's why she's not as upset as she was when she first got that letter, when she learned Izuku just left without facing everyone, and tried so hard to get away when they found him. She gets his reasons and won't fight him for them, but...she also doesn't want to deny her feelings anymore - Ochako's done with that. He has to know, because it did hurt, and she wants no more secrets between them if they can help it. There's going to have to be a longer conversation - catching up with this and their own world, but...another time.

She calls over another volunteer to take her spot for a minute, saying she needs a bit of a break, but does grab a bowl for herself, and a large plate to dumb some rice onto after checking the steamer basket. Hm...yup, that should be good. nice and fluffy. Spooning on a generous portion she and Izuku can share, she sits beside him, looking carefully at his face for a moment.]

Eh, I'm really not all that great... I just know a few family recipes - Satou-kun is the real cook. And Bakugou-kun too, but he rarely ever helps out unless someone makes him. I actually sort of threw things in a pot with a bunch of herbs and aromatics...but I wanted it to be something everyone can enjoy, so no meat or animal products.
